Here is something to sit with and to return to. You’re invited to treat this like a moment of presence — maybe even open your journal and see what wants to come through. There’s no pressure. No performance. Just space to notice.
1. How is your energy showing up right now?
Not how it should feel — but how it actually feels. Use words, images, colors, or even silence.
2. What is your body asking for right now?
Close your eyes for a moment if that helps. Tune in. Rest? Movement? Nourishment? Boundaries? What does it need to feel safe and supported?
3. Are you holding anything that isn’t yours?
An emotion? A responsibility? A story? You don’t need to know for sure — just notice what your body or intuition says when you ask.
4. What’s rising in you that wants to be honored?
A truth? A need? A boundary? A memory? Even if you’re not ready to act on it, can you acknowledge it?
5. What’s one sacred gesture you can offer yourself today?
Water. Breath. Stillness. Movement. Saying no. Saying yes. A full exhale. What would bring you closer to center — even just a little?
